PropFetch began with a simple conviction: that serious property decisions deserve honest, careful guidance — the kind that’s become rare.
Too often, buyers end up with agents who are matchmakers in name only — introducers who connect two parties and step away, without the competence or commitment to actually carry a transaction through. The result is buyers left to navigate diligence, paperwork, and risk on their own, at exactly the moments that matter most.

Who we are
We’re a real estate advisory founded in Bangalore, working with buyers, sellers, and investors who want more than listings. They want judgment they can trust.
PropFetch is led by Santhosh Kumar D, Managing Director, whose experience in the real estate industry spans over a decade. His work centers on large land parcels, luxury real estate, and commercial leasing — connecting investors, developers, and businesses with high-value opportunities, and structuring deals through to close.
He brings an unusual foundation to the work. A mechanical engineer by education, Santhosh spent years in the aerospace and automobile sectors with global corporations, working across nationalities and complex, high-stakes projects. That background instilled a discipline that defines how PropFetch operates: rigor, verification, and a refusal to take things on assumption. His exposure extends to international mining-asset transactions, building a global network of investors and asset owners — and a habit of connecting the right capital to the right opportunity, however complex.
The common thread is relationships built on transparency: with landowners, developers, investors, and fellow brokers, structured for the long term rather than the quick close.
How we work
Every property we advise on goes through clear-title diligence and on-ground local assessment, conducted to RERA standards. We verify before we recommend — and we’d rather tell you a property isn’t right than push you toward a transaction that shouldn’t happen.
That single principle — advise, don’t sell — shapes everything. It’s why we work the way an engineer would: check the foundations first, and only build on what holds.
